Cap Team AB's customer support is based on a close and direct contact with the client
In our support we offer a wide range of services within hardware as well as software support. It can be everything from computers to communication products, or other digital products. The main objective is of course, a better economy and increased operation security for our clients.
Our service agreements include preventive service, which means regular visits with you You can sign an agreement of emergency service with various appearance times. Which ever alternative you chose, we guarantee to fulfil our part of the agreement.
Many problems would never occur, if the right knowledge was available to the user. For that reason, a support subscription is always included when you attend our basic course. There after you will get a 50% discount on current telephone support. It should not be felt as a cost to call Cap Team when you have a support issue at hand and have attended our courses. If you sign a 12 months education plan, the support subscription is included.
Kristina Wesslén has reinforced our organisation. She has an experience of many years of education for Thystrup Data:s customers. We would be glad to present our education package to you. Or produce suitable educations for your needs.
We are not dependent of any makes and brands. We work with all existing makes on the market. Cap Team AB: s personnel have broad education and good experience of the markets products and programs, for example MS Windows all PC-based operative system and Microsoft Office products.
